Nitrogen

Nitrogen has a variety of well, pipeline and industrial applications. Nitrogen can be used for jetting fluids and solids, generating foam for fracturing and well cleanouts, displacing fluids, purging and pressure testing vessels and purging and pressure testing pipelines. Nitrogen is suitable for many uses because it is non-combustible, non-corrosive and non-reactive. Badger’s fleet of nitrogen pumps are designed to handle any situation in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Badger’s direct-fired pumping units are capable of 300 scfm to 12,000 scfm with pressure up to 15,000 psi. Badger’s ambient pumping units are capable of 200 scfm to 3,000 scfm with pressure up to 10,000 psi. Badger also has a fleet of nitrogen transport units to ensure that we are able to supply the required amount of liquid nitrogen for any situation. Badger’s nitrogen personnel are some of the best in the industry with many years experience in all nitrogen applications.
